Photo Upload FAQs

Q: For my family portrait order, can I submit multiple photos if I don't have one family portrait that includes everyone? 

A: The best portraits we complete come from a maximum of 3 photos combined. The artists can't combine a family of more than 3 full-body, portrait-style photos and still do the high quality work they want to give you. So, grab people together for a quick photo if you need! 

If you ordered more than one custom art piece and would then need to upload more than 3 images, just submit the form as many times as you need so that we have a max of 3 photos per custom art piece you sent us.

 

 

Q: There's an error when I try to upload my photos. What should I do?

A: The upload form almost always works, but most likely an error message is telling you your photos are too large. Many people will just take a screenshot of the photos on your phone to make them small enough to upload!

If you're still having trouble with the upload after you try to reduce the photo size, try sending them to orders@EllaBrook.com and we'll try and let you know that we got them.
